I have a maxisys 905. The diagnostic icon is red and wont let me hook up to any vehicle. Any thoughts?

I tried to connect my Maxisys 905 to my 2015 Nissan Rouge because of a SRS light. I had to use the usb cable because I was too far away from my wifi. When I hooked it up the diagnostic icon went a redish maroon color and displays a message that says diagnosis data is initialized, this process may take a few minutes, please keep the network flow! That was last night and it is still reading the same thing. Any thoughts? -

To connect to the vehicle for diagnostic you don't need internet connections, you can also connect your tool using the blue tooth option unless if your are trying to do something else............
